A pricing model built around transparency

Most supply relationships hide the numbers. We don't. Our cost-plus model means you know what you're paying for and what you're making. The margin agreed on signing stays fixed until your next volume review — giving you the stability to price confidently to your customers.

We set pricing tiers based on the size of your business and your projected order volumes. As your portfolio grows, you move up the tiers and your margin improves automatically. There's no renegotiation, no annual fight — it's built into the agreement from day one.

How volume reviews work

We review your pricing tier quarterly, based on the previous quarter's order volume. If you've grown into the next tier, your pricing adjusts from the start of the following quarter. You'll always get advance notice before any change takes effect.

Enterprise partners can negotiate custom arrangements directly — stock allocation, extended payment terms, and dedicated account management are all on the table for businesses operating at scale.

The cost-plus principle

Your price = our cost + agreed margin percentage. The margin is fixed in your partner agreement and reviewed at agreed intervals tied to your volume thresholds.

No minimum order

There's no minimum order quantity for established partners. We understand that commercial washroom contracts come in all shapes and sizes.

Lead times

Standard stock items are typically available within 3–5 business days. Custom-branded consumables require 5–10 business days depending on volume.
