How servicing works depends on the dispenser type. Either way, rental, repairs and replacements are always included, with no separate callout fees.

Paper and towel products: Autotowel, Multiroll and Multifold. We install and maintain the dispensers; you order and replenish consumables as needed.

No – our dispensers come on a 1–3 year service or rental agreement. That's what lets us cover install, repairs and replacements at no extra cost, instead of you owning ageing equipment outright.
Installation is free, including removing your existing dispensers. Once your agreement's signed, our operations team books a time that suits your site.
36 months is standard, with a 24-month option available at a slightly higher rate. Longer terms come with better pricing.
