Creative Junior Graphic Designer

Hygiene Systems is the fastest growing facilities hygiene company in New Zealand. We are NZ owned and operated and have been in business since 1998 providing specialist hygiene services, dispensers and consumables.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer who can design for print and online media. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your tasks will include packaging design, brochure design & layout, brand management & development, web content & campaigns and any general graphic design requirements of the wider team. 

 

You will be based in Albany and your hours would be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good understanding of pre press process
  • Web design/development experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Focused approached to working in a fast pace environment
  • Good attitude and enthusiasm
  • Ability to plan and work independently and part of a wider team
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Operational Sales Support

Hygiene Systems is the fastest growing facilities hygiene company in New Zealand. We are NZ owned and operated and have been in business since 1998 providing specialist hygiene services, dispensers and consumables.

The Role

We’re looking for an effective sales support person to assist our dynamic Sales Team in growing our business and looking after our existing customer base. Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will liaise with existing customers via email and phone, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded. You will help prepare sales reports and new business proposals for the sales team, and help resolve customer queries. You will have the confidence to arrange meeting times with potential customers for the sales team. You will be based in Albany and your hours would be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Requirements

  • Administration & Customer Service experience.
  • Computer literate with ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and work independently and part of a wider team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidence in your abilities.

Installation Technicians & Service Technicians

Hygiene Systems is the fastest growing facilities hygiene company in New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1998 providing specialist hygiene services, dispensers and consumables.

The Roles

We’re looking for Installation Technicians & Service Technicians across the country to join our friendly Operations Team. Installation Tech will install and maintain our washroom equipment on site at the customer’s base and manage consumable levels within certain sites. You will provide a high level of customer service and work closely with your customers to grow any new business opportunities that may exist.

The Requirements

  • Positive attitude and hands-on approach and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use small hand tools.
  • Based in Auckland, Hamilton, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch or Dunedin.
  • Valid New Zealand driving licence.
  • Applicants must be NZ citizens or hold a valid NZ work permit.

Business Development Managers

The Role

We’re looking for Business Development Managers across the country to join our dynamic sales team. You will bring in new business and create strong relationships with our existing customer base. You will manage your own territory and achieve profitable growth in your area.

The Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or accounts management role.
  • Based in Auckland, Hamilton, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin.
  • Valid New Zealand driving licence.
  • Positive attitude, hands-on approach, high level of resilience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional planning, organising and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and work independently and part of a wider team.
  • Ability to close a new business deal and work with existing clients to add value.
  • A proven history of direct sales in the hygiene industry is desirable but not essential.

The Rewards

We offer a competitive base salary plus an excellent commission structure. The role comes with either a company car or a vehicle allowance and a laptop and phone.
